Returns Mattresses & Futon Mattresses
Please inspect your new mattress at the time of delivery. If there is a defect or a problem we will gladly take it back on the truck that day. You have the option of rescheduling a new delivery date or receiving a refund. Once the mattress has been delivered and is in the home overnight no returns will be allowed. We do not offer comfort exchanges under any circumstance. Manufacturers only warrant for defect and do not take back mattresses that are too hard or too soft. This is a sanitary issue and we will not re sell used bedding.
Returns Furniture and Bed frames
If after deliver or pick up there is a problem with your new furniture then please call 850-200-0595 for assistance. Any damaged parts or missing items will be replaced. You may return an unopened iron or wood bed at no charge but any items that are opened are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds on any credit card purchases will be credited directly to your account. Allow up to 4 business days from the time of refund for the credit to show up in your account. Cash or check payments will be refunded in the form of a check sent to the address and name on your sales receipt. Allow 1 week from the time of refund for your check to arrive.
