Mattress Clearance USA's Refund Policy

All refunds will be issued by mail from Mattress Clearance USA. All sales are final for the following items: special orders, as-is or floor models, discontinued or clearance merchandise, adjustable beds and mattresses. Once the factory-sealed package has been opened, we are unable to offer refunds but will repair or replace the item if it is defective as defined by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Mattress Clearance USA cannot accept returns for the following personal items: pillows, pillowcases, sheets, mattress protectors and pads. Items that are gifted at the time of purchase or GWP (Gift With Purchase) items will be charged at full retail prices should you return or cancel the corresponding purchase.

LOCAL RETURNS:
For mattresses, we can only accept returns on standard sizes (twin, full, queen, king). All other sizes must be custom ordered and cannot be returned, so please be very careful when ordering other sizes such as antique or short. For standard sizes and all other non-mattress items, like frames and sheets, returns are possible but will have a 15% restocking fee and customer will pay the cost of shipping in both directions. All products must be returned in the condition they were received and in the original packaging. Exceptions to the packaging policy must be approved before product is sent back to Mattress Clearance USA. A refund will be credited only to the original payment method once product is received and inspected by Mattress Clearance USA. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Orders that qualified for "free shipping" will be charged at the actual cost of shipping as incurred by Mattress Clearance USA. The fees and costs of returns will only be waived if the item is being returned due to a mistake made by Mattress Clearance USA.

PACKAGING:

Mattresses will be hand inspected before being placed into delivery trucks. If you choose to pickup your items the local warehouse has twine to help secure packages to your vehicle, but we are not responsible or liable for any damage that occurs while you transport your own products.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All of our items are shipped with insurance; however, it is very important that you inspect the package before signing to accept it. When you sign the delivery slip, you are stating that your item has no damage and that aninsurance claim can not be filed for the item. If you do see damage to the packaging, you must show it to the delivery driver to be properly documented and decide if the item should be immediately returned or opened for further inspection. Damages found after the driver leaves will not be covered by the insurance policy.

DELIVERY TIME:

Most items are kept in stock at all times and will ship within 2 business days. Items not in stock typically take 1 week to arrive at the distribution center for shipping. Once shipped, delivery takes 2-10 days. Your estimated arrival date will be known before you place your order only if you call to ask. Express shipping is available upon special request. You must be home to inspect and sign for the delivery, so we will call you to schedule a time for your delivery. If you are not home when we attempt to make a scheduled delivery, you may be charged extra for the second delivery.

EXCLUSIONS:

We do not ship on major US holidays. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. You will bear the cost of return shipping. Shipping is only refundable if we ship the wrong item. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. A 15 percent restocking fee applies to all returns.
